2. Information and consent:
By accepting this Privacy Policy, the User is informed and gives their free, informed, specific and unequivocal consent for their personal data to be processed by ASG Trans.
3. For what purpose will ASG Trans process the user's personal data?
The purpose of the processing of personal data that the client provides to ASG Trans will be for the success of the provision of the service contracted with this company, data that will be used solely and exclusively for the agreed purpose, trying, in all cases, to process them in a proportionate and limited manner. The personal data provided by the User will be included in a Data File and processed by ASG Trans, in accordance with the following purposes:
- Carry out the provision of the contracted services, maintain the contractual relationship and monitor it, as well as carry out satisfaction surveys.
- Manage, process and respond to requests, applications, incidents, complaints, claims or queries from the user.

- Manage the sending of commercial communications about products and services marketed by ASG Trans by electronic and/or conventional means.
4. For how long will ASG Trans process the user's personal data?
The User's data related to the fulfillment of the contractual relationship will be kept for this purpose for as long as the contract is in force and, even later, for as long as required by applicable legislation and until any liabilities arising from the contract expire.
Regarding the sending of commercial communications, ASG Trans will process the user's data until the user objects or when the user decides to exercise the rights regarding the protection of personal data that protect them.
In any case, the User may exercise the following Rights:
Access, Rectification, Cancellation, Opposition, Information, Deletion, Limitation and Portability, which are hereinafter described. In the event that the User does not obtain satisfaction in the exercise of these Rights, he/she may also go to the AEPD's Rights Protection.
5. What user data will ASG Trans process?
ASG Trans will process the following categories of User data:
- Identification data: name, surname, ID card, driving license, driver's card, address, registration/s, as well as other data that is necessary to execute the provision of services.
- Contact details: postal address, email address and telephone number.
If the user decides to provide us with third-party data, we will have to formalize a contract with ASG Trans, regarding the processing of said data, the user being obliged to transfer this privacy policy to said third parties, exempting ASG Trans from any liability in this regard, in which case we would become the Data Controller. However, ASG Trans may carry out periodic verifications to verify this fact, adopting the appropriate due diligence measures, in accordance with data protection regulations.
There is the possibility that the user's data may be processed by access by third-party professionals, without implying the transfer of data, provided that, according to the purpose and processing of the personal data, it is necessary. In this case, without being binding for the client, ASG Trans will formalize a contract with the person in charge of data processing, and ASG Trans will adopt all the protection and security measures described in the aforementioned regulations.
6. What is the legislation governing the processing of user data?
ASG Trans is authorized to process the personal data provided by the User by virtue of the contractual relationship formalized between the two, for the provision of services.
The processing of User data by ASG Trans for sending commercial communications, for the development of profiles and for the carrying out of satisfaction surveys is based on the legitimate interest of ASG Trans in accordance with the provisions of the formalized contract, and according to the provisions of the GDPR.
7. To which recipients will the user's data be communicated?
The User's data may only be communicated to public administrations in the cases provided for by Law.

Likewise, ASG Trans will adopt all kinds of security measures, in order to protect the processing of personal data provided by the client, in the same terms as in the previous section.
8. Commercial and promotional communications:
One of the purposes for which ASG Trans processes the personal data provided by users is to send them informative communications about news in the transport sector that may be of interest to the user and also commercial communications by electronic and conventional means, with information relating to products, services, promotions, offers, events or news relevant to users. Whenever any communication of this type is made, it will be directed solely and exclusively to those Users who have not previously expressed their refusal to receive it.
In the event that the User wishes to stop receiving informative, commercial or promotional communications from ASG Trans, they can request to unsubscribe from the service by sending an email to the following email address: lopd@asgtrans.com or through the link contained in promotional emails.
9. Exercise of rights:
The User can send a letter to ASG Trans S. L. Customer Service Department - data protection, Autovia A2, KM 504, 25330 Vilagrassa (Lleida) or an email to lopd@asgtrans.com with the Reference "Data Protection", attaching a photocopy of your identity document, at any time and free of charge, to:
- Revoke the consents granted.
- Obtain information about whether ASG Trans is processing personal data that concerns the user or not.
- Access your personal data.
- Rectify inaccurate or incomplete data, in order to ensure its accuracy and updating.
- Request the deletion of your data when, among other reasons, the data is no longer necessary for the purposes collected.
- Obtain from ASG Trans the limitation of data processing when any of the conditions provided for in data protection regulations are met.
- Request the portability of your data.
- Protection of Rights before the Spanish Data Protection Agency, through the following address https://www.agpd.es, when the interested party considers that ASG Trans has violated the rights recognized by the applicable regulations on the protection of personal data.
